Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the consent box when creating a profile, or by continuing to use YouDate, I confirm that I am 18 or older and give the data controller, MD CORP25 LLC (TIN 311 504 609, registered 29.07.2024), consent to process my personal data on the terms below.

1. Purposes

Registration via Telegram; creating my profile and showing it to other users; building the feed; likes, matches and chat; moderation and safety; profile verification by selfie (if I choose it); payments and paid features, delivering gifts; Telegram notifications; anonymised statistics; legal obligations.

2. What data

• Telegram data: ID, username, language;
• profile data: name, date of birth, gender, city, goal, interests, bio, photos;
• a verification selfie, if I verify;
• approximate location (to about 1 km), if I allowed location access;
• activity in the service: swipes, matches, messages, profiles shown, reports and blocks;
• payments and paid features;
• activity time.

3. What may be done with the data

Collection, recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer in the cases set out in the Privacy Policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

4. Who it may be shared with

Another user, on a mutual like: my Telegram username, if I have one and have not turned off "Show my username on a match" in my profile. Telegram (including Telegram Stars), Click and Payme for payments; the hosting provider and delivery network to run the service; state authorities on a lawful request. Some data is processed outside Uzbekistan by Telegram itself and by the delivery network.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid while I use the service and afterwards for the periods in the Privacy Policy. I can withdraw it by deleting my profile in the app or by writing to mars.mirzabaev@gmail.com / Telegram @youdate_support. After withdrawal, processing stops except for data that must be kept by law or to prevent abuse.

6. Verification selfie

If I verify my profile, I separately consent to the processing of my selfie. It is used only to compare with my profile photos and to handle reports, is visible only to moderators and is deleted 30 days after the decision. The "Verified" mark is not proof of identity.

7. How consent is recorded

The service stores my Telegram ID, the date and time of consent and the document version.
