Terms of Service (public offer)

1. About this document

This is an agreement between you and the provider, the owner of the YouDate dating service. It explains how to use the service, how profile review, paid features and refunds work, and how to reach us.

YouDate runs inside Telegram as a bot and a Mini App. There is no separate sign-up: you log in with your Telegram account.

You accept these terms by ticking the consent box on the first step of creating a profile. Using the service in any way (creating a profile, swiping, liking, messaging, paying) also counts as acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Adults only

YouDate is for people aged 18 and over. Your date of birth is entered when you create a profile, and you cannot register if you are under 18. If we learn that a profile belongs to a minor, we block it at once and delete the data.

3. What the service does

• a profile: name, age, gender, city, dating goal, interests, bio, up to 6 photos;
• a feed of profiles with swipes, likes, super likes and undoing the last swipe;
• chat after a mutual like (a match);
• profile verification with a selfie showing a random gesture;
• nearby search, if you allow location access;
• paid features: Premium, profile boost, gifts.

Free users have a daily swipe limit: 30 without verification, 50 likes and 50 passes after verification. Features may change, but a period you have already paid for will not get worse (section 7).

4. Your profile and behaviour

Give true information and use your own photos. Do not pretend to be someone else.

You must not:

• post other people's photos, documents, intimate content or personal data;
• offer or seek sex for money, commit fraud, extortion, blackmail, threats or stalking;
• ask for money, gifts, transfers, verification codes or payment details;
• share pornography, violence, extremism, insults or discrimination;
• put ads, links, phone numbers or @usernames in your bio;
• use bots, scripts or scrapers, or get around limits;
• sell, transfer or rent out your account;
• collect or share other users' data without their consent;
• break the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Gender cannot be changed after the profile is created; this prevents profiles from being swapped.

5. Moderation and verification

We review profiles, photos, bios and reports, manually and automatically, before and after publication. As a result we may remove a bio or photo, hide a profile from the feed, cancel verification or block an account. We may keep the details of our checks private where disclosing them would help abusers.

The "Verified" mark means only one thing: in a moderator's judgement, a selfie with the requested gesture matches the profile photos. It is not a check of ID, age, marital status or intentions, and it does not guarantee that talking to the person is safe.

6. Meeting safely

YouDate is a place to get acquainted. We are not a marriage agency or an identity check service, and we do not arrange meetings. We are not responsible for how people behave outside the service.

Our advice: do not send money or share payment details, codes, your home address or documents; meet for the first time in a busy public place and tell someone close to you. Report suspicious behaviour with the "Report" button.

7. Paid features

• Premium for 7 days, 1 month or 3 months: unlimited swipes, see who liked you, feed priority, more super likes, unlimited undo.
• Boost for 1, 6 or 24 hours: your profile is shown first in the feed.
• Gift: a Telegram digital gift that we deliver to the recipient in Telegram on behalf of the service, with your note.

The price, duration and contents of each feature are shown before payment. We accept Telegram Stars, and Click and Payme once those are connected. A payment is complete when Telegram or the payment system confirms it; the feature turns on automatically.

A feature counts as provided: Premium and boost from the moment they are switched on for the paid period; a gift from the moment it is delivered. A new purchase extends the current period rather than replacing it.

Gifts are delivered within 24 hours. If delivery is impossible (the recipient deleted their profile or blocked the bot), we refund the payment.

8. Refunds

Write to support with your Telegram ID, the date, amount, payment method and reason. We reply within 10 working days.

We refund if: you were charged by mistake or twice; a feature did not switch on through our fault; a gift could not be delivered; or the law requires it.

We do not refund a feature that has already been switched on and used, or when an account is blocked for breaking these terms, unless the law requires otherwise. Refunds go back the same way you paid. Telegram Stars refunds are made through Telegram.

9. Reports, blocks and deleting your profile

You can report a profile or message right in the app. We review reports within 10 working days; reports about minors come first. A profile that receives several reports may be hidden until it is reviewed.

If you think you were blocked by mistake, write to support; we will review it within 10 working days.

You can delete your profile at any time: Profile → Delete profile. It is hidden from everyone at once. You can restore it for 30 days; after that the data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee acquaintances, relationships or any other result. We are not responsible for the accuracy of what users say about themselves or for the consequences of their actions.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control: outages of Telegram, payment systems, hosting or networks, attacks, or decisions of state authorities. Payment obligations that arose before such events remain.

11. Rights to content

The software, design and the name YouDate belong to the provider. Your photos and texts stay yours; you allow us to store them, show them to other users and review them free of charge, only to run the service and only while your profile exists.

12. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms. A new version is published at this address with a new date; for significant changes we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept again.

Disputes are first settled by a written claim to support (Telegram ID, what happened, what you ask for, documents); we reply within 15 working days. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to a court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
